Where can I find my ENERGY STAR Portfolio Property ID(s)?

Every property that is added to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM) is assigned a unique ID which is called the ESPM Property ID (or Portfolio Manager ID). This is not to be confused with the CRD Building Benchmarking Building ID. This article will help you locate the ID on the ESPM platform.

STEP 1: Log into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM)

  1. Log into ESPM at this site: https://portfoliomanager.energystar.gov/pm/login
STEP 2:  Locate the ESPM Property ID:
  1. Ensure that you have added at least one property to your portfolio
  2. The ESPM Property ID(s) are listed below the name of each property. See screenshot below:


STEP 3 (optional): Download Excel Table with All Portfolio Manager IDs

If you have several properties and want to download the list of them with their IDs, you can:

  1. On the MyPortfolio Tab, scroll to the bottom of your list of properties.
  2. Click on Download Data Table. See screenshot below:
