How do I request aggregated energy data for my Mixed Use Property?

Please refer to Part 1 of the CRD Knowledge Base (Knowledge Base Article) for instructions on how to request aggregated energy data for buildings with multiple tenants.

Additionally, please review BC Hydro’s video tutorial (Video Link) outlining the Data Aggregation process for mixed-use properties. The video tutorial contains a detailed explanation on how to establish the utility sync depending on where the Common Area meters are located:

Scenario 1: the Common Area meters are on your building’s Commercial account
Scenario 2: the Common Area meters are on your building’s Residential account
