How do I enter Parking floor area for my ESPM property?
The estimated building square footages (Gross Floor Area) listed on the CRD’s covered buildings list (Website Link) account for the building’s Gross Floor Area (GFA) according to ESPM’s definition. If your property has a Parking area, its square footage needs to be inputted in a specific way in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM).
