What happens if I can't meet my building's submission deadline?
If you are unable to meet the reporting deadline (June 1st), you may be eligible for a 60-day benchmarking extension. The list of reasons can be found in our knowledge base article Extensions and Exemptions for benchmarking (Article Link).
Important: Extension requests must be submitted in writing no later than May 1st (one month prior to the June 1st deadline) to be processed.
To request a 60-day extension, please Submit a Ticket to the Help Desk with issue type "Request a 60-day extension for benchmarking".
