Someone left my company, can I access their previous benchmarking work?
If you would like to access properties in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager that were administered by a user who is no longer with your company, you can submit a request to ESPM to request access (
Contact ESPM Support). ESPM should be able to share the properties (or account) on behalf of the former account owner as long as they can verify that both accounts are registered under the same company. Please visit the ESPM knowledge base for more details (
ESPM article).
