Enhanced Support Services for the CRD Building Benchmarking Program

Enhanced support for CRD building benchmarking will be provided to a limited number of buildings on a first come first served basis.

Eligibility depends upon a lack of capacity (defined by building size) and complexity (defined by set up and utility metering). Requests for enhanced support services will be reviewed and assessed for buildings that meet one or more of the following criteria:
  1. Gross Floor Area between 30,000 and 50,000 square feet (between 2,787 and 4,645 square metres), and/or
  2. A strata with multiple campus buildings and at least one FortisBC gas account, and/or
  3. A mixed use building with at least one FortisBC gas account, and/or
  4. A building with multiple FortisBC gas accounts held by multiple owners

To find out if your building is eligible for Enhanced Support Services, please send an email to: climateaction@crd.bc.ca
