Why can't I find my building when I try to claim a property?
If you are unable to find your building it could mean that it is not included on the Covered Buildings List or that the property is missing from the list. It’s also possible that your building is listed under a slightly different address on the Covered Buildings List (posted on the CRD Benchmarking program's official website) and you can try searching for it under an alternate address (side street).
Please review the criteria for covered buildings in the knowledge base article (Article Link) to determine if your building is required to benchmark as a mandatory or a voluntary participant.
Please contact us for more information by submitting an 'Ask a Question’ Ticket to the CRD Building Benchmarking Help Desk.
