My building has already been claimed. What do I do?
If you are attempting to claim a property in the Building Owner Portal that is showing as ‘Claimed’ by another user, please Submit a New Ticket and select issue type ‘Notify the Help Desk that your property has been claimed by another user'.
The CRD Help Desk will reach out to you, and the individual who has previously claimed the property in the Building Owner Portal, to help determine proper ownership.
